This workshop is open to coaches, athletes and enthusiasts of any sport. Whether you’ve never practiced Yoga before or have been practicing for quite some time. The three-hour workshop includes both a lecture on the theory and principles of Yoga and applying these principles through a practice session.

Mats, props and straps are included in the workshop fee. Drinks and light snacks will also be provided for all participants.
The workshop will be conducted in English with an option for Bisaya explanations as needed.
